The input sequence data used in EFFold can be one of following formats.
Fasta format Standford format Zuker's mfold format In general Fasta format of the RNA/DNA data is recommended, since it is easily downloaded from NCBI dadabase. The fasta format of the sequence data consisting of a line with the character ``>'' followed by a short name or identifier and subsequent lines of up to 70 characters long with RNA or DNA sequence in either uppercase or lowercase.
