RNA2D Web Interface
RNA2D: A suite of programs for discovering structural features in RNAs.
- EDscan and SigED: The two programs are used to search for well-ordered
folding segments (WFS) in a genomic sequence.
- SigStb and SegFold: The two programs are used to search for unusual folding
regions (UFR) in RNAs.
Using the four programs we intend to discover local RNA elements with potentially
structure-dependent functions, and to correlate them with known
experimental properties and to suggest candidate sites for further
experimental study.
- EFFold: It is used to predict a set of RNA
secondary structures that are nearly as good by simulated energy rules
and dynamic programming algorithm.
- RNAGA: It employed a genetic algorithm
to predict common secondary structures from a set of homologous RNA sequences
without the need for their pre-aligned multiple sequences.
- HomoStRscan: The program takes a single RNA sequence with its
secondary structure to search for homologous RNAs in complete genomes.
