Two output files linked to units 2 and 4 are generated for each run of RNAGA. The fort.4 is a main output (*cm) that records all stem information for the predictions of top 10 common structures with the best scores of the structure similarity in the prediction set. The file *scr linked to fort.2 records the structure similarity computed in the GA iteration (steps by 5 cycle).
