Input Sequence Data of RNAGA


The input sequence data used in RNAGA can be one of following formats.

  • Standford format
  • Zuker format
  • In general Stanfort format of the RNA/DNA data is recommended. The Stanfort format of the sequence data consisting of a line with the character ``;'' followed by a short name or identifier. The second line contains anotation for the sequence and subsequent lines of up to 70 characters long with RNA or DNA sequence in either uppercase or lowercase and data are ended by interger 1. The multiple sequences are built in the library format. That is the one sequence data are followed by another sequence, and so on.
