The script file for execution of SigStb includes following steps:
Put all input files in the same path (or directory) before running the job Make correct links between I/O units and the corresponding I/O files. It includes input sequence (sigstb.seq) and controling file (sigstb.in) and all files of energy table used in programs. The input files include ene.tbl, ene2.tbl, std.tbl, std2.tbl, turner.tbl, tinoco.tbl, cf20, cf30, cf50, cf100 and cf150. The output files include scrs1, sigs1, opns1, (scrs2, sigs2, opns2, scrs3, sigs3, and opns3) that are dependent on the total number of data lines in the sigstb.in. The maximal number is 3 lines (for 3 consecutive runs) and generate 9 output files. The correct I/O units for scrs1, sigs1, opns1 are unit = 60, 61, 62; and scrs3, sigs3, and opns3 are unit = 80, 81, 82 are shown in the script sigstb.csh. Execute the job on /usr/tmp/~users if you have big files. Return Outputs (scrs1, sigs1, opns1, ...) in the correct path.
