Three output files of scrs1, sigs1 and opns1 are generated for each run of sigstb. Each SigStb job can contain three repeated runs at most, that is determined by the input controling file (sigstb.in). The first run generates three output files of scrs1, sigs1 and opns1. ..., and the third run generates scrs3, sigs3 and opns3.
1. Output file: scrs1 It is a list file containing the position, SIGSCR, STBSCR, Energy, and stdr for all local segments in the searching region of the sequences. 2. Output file: sigs1 The list file contains only the records of those unusual folding regions found in the searching region. 3. Output file: opns1 The list file contains only the records of those significant open regions in the searching region. The term "significant open region" means that the structure folded by the biological segment is very unstable, however the structures of the randomly shuffled sequences from the biological segment is more stable than that of the natural sequence.
